Alter worked throughout 2005 on redesigning and rewriting the Garrett County Visitors Guide for the Garrett County Chamber of Commerce. The Guide printed in February 2006 with two versions; one highlighting the Spring and Summer seasons and another featuring the Fall and Winter seasons. Understanding and capturing the range of activities and the beauty of the area were instrumental in reaching the client’s objectives.
