The relocation guide for the Greater Baltimore Board of Realtors. Alter handles the design, editorial, sales, production, printing, and distribution. Welcome is an annual publication and is 72 pages plus cover.
Redesigning Welcome to better represent Metropolitan Baltimore was goal number-one for this project. We created a more urban, sophisticated look with Welcome by opening it up, giving it white space, and updating the typography. Most of the photos were stock and culled from a variety of sources. Repositioning the editorial to feature what is currently happening in the Baltimore region was crucial to introducing new people to the area.
