Alter designed the Maryland Bar Journal for more than 10 years. The association’s bi-monthly magazine reaches more than 24,000 members and affiliates of The Maryland State Bar Association. The Journal keeps members of the Bar abreast of legal trends, informed about updates and changes in the law, and educated with respect to substantive areas of the law.
