I’ve completely got rid of my dark eye celircs - this I think is mainly because dark eye celircs are said to be because of health and blood vessels beneath the skin, which I hear can’t be completely treated. So for puffiness, general tiredness and to slightly reduce the darkness of eye bags, I would say yes to this eye cream!
